A former crew reunion will be held August 8-9, 2014 in Mackinaw City, MI, the home of retired USCGC Mackinaw WAGB 83. The ship is now a floating museum.
Welcome to all former men and women who served on Mackinaw's deck. The reunion also welcomes the spouse or children of former Mackinaw crew members.
Come and enjoy old sea stories with family and friends.

Now in its 16th year of operation, this 27 piece, British-style ensemble is an all-volunteer band which had attracted adult brass players from across Northern Michigan from Alpena to Traverse City and north to Mackinaw City. Since the band was formed in 1999, they have presented more than 60 concerts in various venues throughout Northern Michigan.

An official USAF Band of Mid-America
The Shades of Blue Jazz Ensemble, a Mid-America Air Force Band, is a group of 18 professional enlisted musicians whose repertoire ranges from traditional big band jazz, to bebop and swing, to modern jazz. At one of their concerts, you are just as likely to hear the music of contemporary composers as you would the classic sounds of Count Basie or Glenn Miller.
